The Electric Jar Opener is designed for glass jars with twist-off lids — jam, pickles, pasta sauce, and similar. It grips the lid automatically and turns it open with one button press. No manual twisting required.

The Standing Assist Tool adjusts across 5 height positions — from approximately 17 to 21 inches. To find your ideal setting: place the tool on the floor and grip the handle while seated. Your elbow should have a slight bend at around 15–20°. Adjust the height until you can push down and rise comfortably.

Most users find their ideal position on the first or second adjustment.

The wide non-slip base is designed for hardwood, tile, laminate, and low-pile carpet. On smooth hard floors, the rubber base provides excellent grip. On thick or high-pile carpet, we recommend testing stability before full use.

Yes. The Standing Assist Tool features a foldable design — the base detaches and the handle folds down for compact storage. It fits in most large suitcases or can be packed separately.

Walking canes are permitted as carry-on items under TSA and equivalent international guidelines.

The fastest way to exchange an item: return the item you have (following the return process above), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you receive the replacement as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the amount.

Yes. If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
