How do you put lotion on your own back?
Use a long-handle applicator. Load the sponge pad with lotion, then reach over one shoulder to cover the upper back and around the waist to cover the lower back. The two motions together reach the area between the shoulder blades, which is the part almost no one can reach by hand.
Can I use it for sunscreen as well as lotion?
Yes. It works with body lotion, sunscreen, self-tanner, and prescribed creams. The back is the area people most often miss when applying sunscreen, simply because they cannot reach it, and an applicator removes that gap.
Does it work with thick creams?
Yes. Apply the cream to the sponge rather than to your skin, and spread with light pressure. Very thick ointments spread more easily if you warm a small amount between your fingers first.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the sponge head under warm water after use and squeeze out the excess, then hang the applicator by the hole in the handle so it dries fully. Wash it with a little soap once a week if you use it daily.
Can the sponge head be replaced?
Yes. The pad is replaceable, so the handle keeps working after the sponge wears out. Replace the head when it stops holding lotion evenly or no longer springs back when squeezed.
Who is it for?
